This website is deliberately minimal in its data processing: no tracking cookies, no advertising, no analytics profiles. Below is everything that does happen, in plain language.
Controller

Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you visit, the server processes the technical data your browser transmits (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) to deliver the site and ensure its security. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating a secure website. Log data is not merged with other data or used for profiling. Hosting is configured for EU delivery; transfers are safeguarded by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses where applicable.
Contact form
If you submit the demo request form, we process the data you enter (name, company, email, your message) to answer your request. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is stored in our request database (Supabase, EU region) and the notification email is delivered via Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, EU). Your data is not used for newsletters and not shared with third parties beyond these processors. Retention: as long as needed to handle your request, at most [24] months, unless a business relationship follows.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection (Art. 15-21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Write to info@riskforge.de.
